Source development, interaction with manpower recruitment consultants, employee appraisals, promotions, control and monitor processing of leave applications, medical, vacation, salary upgrade, time office management
preparation of notices and memos on company policies, preparation of new policies and procedures for the Company, interaction with Senior Management and other departments
To arrange employee training, monitoring of service contractors for water, diesel, sewage collection, facility management etc.,
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations)
Candidate should be an MBA / PGDM in HR and IR or should have done Master of Social Work/Labor Law from a Recognized Institute. Should be proficient in statutes such as Labor Law, Factories Law, Industrial Law and Safety Laws. Sufficient exposure to Statutory Compliance, Sourcing, Recruitment, Manpower Policies, Organizational Development and other HR and IR activities is a must.
