Administration and Personnel Manager

  1. Handling of all administrative and HR issues, employee relations, industrial relations, compliance of all labor and industrial laws, safety laws, etc.,
  2. Grievance handling, discipline issues, termination, mobilization and demobilization activities, employee counseling, contract renewals, resignations, all manpower planning and recruitment related activities
  3. Source development, interaction with manpower recruitment consultants, employee appraisals, promotions, control and monitor processing of leave applications, medical, vacation, salary upgrade, time office management
  4. preparation of notices and memos on company policies, preparation of new policies and procedures for the Company, interaction with Senior Management and other departments
  5. To arrange employee training, monitoring of service contractors for water, diesel, sewage collection, facility management etc.,
